  4. Question: what is the different from “normal butter” to “cooking butter”. I just googled a bit, what kind of butter we have here in Switzerland. Can the butter for cooking also used for cake? The fat content is about 80-82%, 49% of it are saturated.

    So many interesting facts! Thank you a lot. Since understanding the effects, i will use more butter than i did until now. So a reason more to buy quality products.
