    Death by chocolate! That is the way I would go, 100 %. Wow, this chocolate cake looks INCREDIBLE! I love the look of your frosting on top and of course the drips are just beautiful. It looks like a very moist cake, one I look forward to making next chance I get!

            Hi, if I will use this cake but want to cover it with fondant. How much do I need for 3 × 8 inch pan
            Or 2* 9 inch pan. Cause I have noticed your comment on not using the classic ganache i am going to cover the cake with fondant. I saw your other recipe for cake decorator ganach but it says for 8 inch use….. so shall I triple that if I’m using 3 pans ?
