  1. Hi, if you want to make this recipe using agar agar, could you recommend amounts, and method? I don’t like using gelatin. Thanks!

    1. Hey Beth, as a general rule, 1 teaspoon of agar agar powder is equivalent to 1 tablespoon (3 teaspoons) of gelatin.
      Agar needs to be boiled to activate (unlike gelatin, which only requires warm liquid).
