      Day 1 done. Did not realise the importance of good quality butter, have always been using the cheapest butter in the shop for baking.

      1. You can still use that is many baking items. Some baking like pastries need the best but for most cakes you can use regular butter.
        Just make sure it is real butter and not butter flavor. Thanks Albertina

  1. Day 1done. Didn’t realize the differences between butter and margarine. And the importance of room temperature butter, and the different results it creates.
