    I made this Vanilla cake (2 tier with swiss meringue buttercream inside. Covered in fondant) for a communion and everyone loved it (including me) Definitely a keeper!

    I did give this recipe a try and I must say it turned out great?I loved it..though I ommited cream of tartar since we don’t have it here and also used vanilla essence instead as vanilla extract since it isn’t available here
