    I followed the recipe to the letter had everything set out and correctly weighed I did however use brown sugar the cake cooked evenly and rose perfectly it did not dome in the middle and smells divine. I took a few pics which I am not sure how to send over but my partner and our two foster daughters absolutely loved it. Thank you very much Veena you have a fan for life. I am going to keep following your recipes and instructions it tastes delicious many many thanks
