We rarely have extra cheese to freeze (the whole family loves to snack on it!) but occasionally my husband buys way too much when he does the shopping. Learning how to freeze it was so helpful – I usually try to meal plan using it all up. Now, I don’t have to – thanks!

This was such a helpful article! I honestly didn’t think you could freeze any cheese but turns out you can! The Parmesan cheese did shock me. I figured it would freeze the best because of the low moisture level but looks like I’m wrong! This is such a great article that I’m bookmarking for a quick reference in the future!
