        I use large eggs when baking for my family but I follow a vegan diet and I use Apple cider vinegar in place of eggs for myself. I have heard you can also use the water that is in a can of chickpeas called aqufaba but I have not tried it yet. My vegan cupcakes are always fluffy and moist. I also use veg oil instead of butter.
