Bread Baking for Beginners - Masterclass (free)
Do you want to improve your bread baking skills? Have you tried baking bread but always feel that there is something missing? Well, then this masterclass is for you.
After the success of my first masterclass - Secrets to baking incredible cakes, I decided to do the next most popular request, bread baking.
Everybody describes making bread differently. Bread to some is a lot of work, while for others it's fun, passion, therapy, etc.
I started baking bread many moons ago and the beginning wasn't easy. Mostly, because back then, nobody shared recipes as easily as they do today. So, a lot of what I learned comes from trial and error. Some of my recipes have gone through a few iterations before I found the one that works every single time. For me, these are not failures, but rather lessons I have learned to get to where I am today. Now days, bread baking is fun, therapeutic and I do it with a passion.
The truth is, it is very easy to make bread at home. You don't have to be a bread baker or even be passionate about baking. On this blog, I have recipes that many novices have tried with great success.
In this masterclass, I want you to bake with me. My recipes are tried and tested, so I'm confident you will have great success. And yet, sometimes there will be failures. I want you to know that I am with you, to help you troubleshoot and learn from these failures.
Are you ready? Let's do this.
