    I LOVE making ice cream with whipping cream, it’s so easy, simple and delicious! And most importantly, it does not require an ice cream making machine! Great recipe.

    Veena, I love how simple and easy this ice cream is and your tip on avoiding ice crystals in the fruit. I have a question. My nephew is diabetic, so the sweetened condensed milk is a no-no for him. Any thoughts on a substitution? Something low-carb.

    1. Hey Lisa. I would use evaporated milk instead of condensed milk. Evaporated milk is condensed milk without sugar added. Then add honey or your choice of sweetener to the recipe. I think he will love it.
