    You are so right! I do always have the base ingredients on hand. That sour cream is a genius idea… it really takes that sweetness down and makes it even better.

    Would you believe I’ve never made a no churn ice cream before? I felt it was always sweeter than it should be.
    I’ve made ice cream many times and I do have to say it is a lot of work.
    I had to try your no churn method with sour cream and OMG that sour cream – wow who knew 1/2 a cup of sour cream could be a game changer.

    I made this no churn ice cream with mango puree and added a small amount of rosewater to the mixture. When I tell you it was such a huge hit with my family, I’m not exaggerating. So good!
