  10. Hi mam, just wanted to know if brown butter and ghee ( clarified butter) are the same? Because ghee is also made in the similar way.

    1. Malar, clarified butter starts the same way as brown butter.
      In clarified butter, we separate the milk solids and evaporate the moisture. Then strain the milk solids.
      For browned butter, we continue with the process of browning and keep the brown specks.
