Sounds like a perfect treat for the warm weather. I love the way you switched the all milk for some condensed milk. So clever!

This kulfi is very simple. Last year i made mango kulfi almost similar to this, But this year I have to find vegan version of kulifi. Adding cardamom gives extra flavor.Loved that idea.

I love a good mango kulfi. I make a simple one too. But not vegan.. Think you can use a good not dairy creamer and some coconut based cream.

It’s starting to get hot here so these look so tempting and refreshing! I’ve only ever had lychee in a cocktail before but this sounds amazing.

I love kulfi! It’s great that there are semi-homemade ways to make things now like using condensed milk in this recipe.

Veena your kulfi is calling my name. Lychee with cold kulfi is best I haven’t tasted this kulfi though I will when I can get hold of fresh lychee as it is really expensive here.

Yum. I haven’t had kulfi in so long. I loved it growing up. Saving this to try later. I loved that you used canned lychee which is easy to get here.
