    Pea soup is a massive favourite of mine, love your simple approach, sounds delicious, I would have to add mint though I gotta have mint in a pea soup 😀

    I happen to love pea soup. For some reason I have never made it with green peas. Perhaps it’s just because my mom only used dried yellow peas. Either way pea soup is delicious.
