    This is an amazing amount of information. As a maker of only AMBC until very recently, making Bakery-style frosting, I had no idea the number of frostings there are to consider. I don’t understand what it means to have a buttercream frosting split. Is there a way to describe it that I might understand what to look for? Thank you Veena for this amazing information. Just an FYI, I was unable to access Buttercream 101 from the link provided in the email. I was, however, able to use the search tool on your website and it came up right away.
