    Day 3 – Done.

Comments: I would like to receive the link in regards to two items you utilized during your video presentation while making these amazing dinner rolls.
    1. Small dough scraper – not sure about name (round edges, plastic or silicone, and pretty color).
    2. Brush for egg wash.

I have attempted yeast breads for too many embarrassing years will failures on all. Your classes are my last effort to make yeast breads. I appreciate the instructional videos and links to products used in demonstration videos.

    1. Hey Pamela.
Many have had great success with this class and I hope you do too. Join the Facebook group and share your work, ask questions and get feedback which is very helpful.
This silicon pastry brush is good. I have two and like them both very much.
This plastic dough scraper is good to remove things from the bowl and to shape the dough as it bends
And this metal scraper is good to cut and divide dough as well as scrape the work surface.
      All the best

The rolls were not as good as you had shown in the video. but for a first timer they were pretty good. Had following outcome,
    1) Good Buttery flavour, a bit like Croissant.
    2) Interior was a bit pale, not as white as yours
    3) Was not as soft as had been assuming, but was good.

    Hi veena
    Day 3 done
I made the garlic Parmesan version of this bread and before I could stop to take the pic and post it the fam had already eaten it. It was amazing. Soft, fluffy, garlicky, everything u want in a bread. Thank you

  5. Hi Veena. I was looking for a small batch recipe for dinner rolls and came across yours. I made a test batch today in preparation for Thanksgiving and OH MY GOODNESS!!! These were fantastic! I was worried about the addition of the butter, unnecessarily. They are beautiful, soft, golden tender packages from heaven!

Thank you for sharing, This will definitely be a keeper that I plan to make often, ?
