      1. Day 2 completed. I at times mixed both brown sugar and granulated sugar when I am baking is this OK? I tried your mango cake recipe and it was good. Can I do the same with other fruits as well. Puree and dry out the excess water?

        1. The taste and texture that both sugars give baked goods are different. While in some cases it may be very negligible in others it can alter the intent completely. Perhaps, not all fruits but with berries, it should be ok.
