    I made this eggless vanilla cake. It was slightly sticky at the bottom after it cooled down. My cake was baked in 25 mins.

    I won’t be able to start baking the cake until tomorrow. I have extra grandkids today and that would be too many hands trying to help me. Lol. Just wanted to let you know I’m still in the class and excited to make a cake my grandkids can actually eat. Lo

    Veena I have a question if you can help me what’s a best substitute for using corn starch every time I make a frosting that contains corn starch it end up having lumps or Little clear balls that look like rocks. Thanks in advance

    1. With cornstarch? cornstarch if not dissolved will become lumpy but all my recipes dissolve the cornstarch so you should not have lumps

      1. Yes with the cornstarch as soon as I add it to the hot water it becomes lumpy and looks like little balls of wax I continue to mix it but it just creates more
