Fresh and cold = perfect for summer! It’s good to make ice cream at home, so you can regulate what ingredients to add!

As I don’t currently have an ice cream maker (though I’d like one!) this recipe is perfect for me! Also perfect because here in Scotland it’s berry season and there’s tons of fresh strawberries and raspberries in the shops right now! Thanks for this recipe Veena. I NEED to make this. Pinned!

I had the ice cream maker on my list for a long time Neil – not anymore. The world of no-churn ice creams is filled with so many options that we always have great ice cream at home – in fact, better than store bought. I wish we have tons of berries like you in Scotland!! Here we have to use them sparingly.

This is a perfect summer recipe! I love a mix of berries, and no-chun, in just a few minutes — that’s brilliant.

I love your video by the way. I was wondering what the consistency of this was and it looks pretty darn creamy! I can’t wait to try it. Berries are my favorite fruit lately and the summer we have so many fresh ones to pick from. Pinned!

Homemade ice cream is the best. I only make no-churn. Who needs a bulky ice cream maker (that takes up room) when you get delicious results this way. Love the flavour combination. Perfect for the very HOT weather we are having here.

Absolutely Gloria. I now make only no churn. You are right, I honestly don’t think I will buy an ice cream maker at all. Used to be on my wish list!!
