    Oh! Your patties look so yummy!! The two main ingredients are so complimentary. And the seasonings you include are very inspirational. I can see why your kiddos love the patties. When my kids were young I did just like you. They just had to taste it and then I wouldn’t force them to eat the rest. That way they were agreeable about trying something new. And yes, what they didn’t like at one time they did later on. Now, this dish would have been a hit right away.

    1. Thanks Marisa. The kids sure love these. I don’t believe in forcing kids to eat anything. If they don’t like something healthy now I give them more options. Often when they have a choice they choose to eat what you give them lol at least my kids

    I love these kind of patties! They are called Bubble and Squeak in England for some reason. I make mine with any kind of left over green vegetables but I love your variation of leeks (just like leek and potato soup as you said).

    I am such a potato lover….so these are right up my alley. I could make a meal on these alone. Pile on the sour cream and I would be in heaven. Perfect side dish for brunch or dinner.

    Feeding children is my daily struggle, but everything potato seems to go down OK. These look delicious, so I adding them to my list of foods that I hope will tempt the fussy eaters 🙂

    I love anything with leek as a star ingredient, but lack ideas sometimes. This is a winner for sure! Especially combined with potatoes? Yummm all around. Pinning, sharing, and bookmarking for sure 🙂
