This is the absolute best recipe !! I’ve made it three times now, with the third time making half burger buns and half hot dog buns. All around delish, light and fluffy.

Just wondering how you would recommend storing the buns for a few days at room temperature, ziplock bag? Tupperware ?

      1. Thank you, Alexandra. I am so happy you are enjoying this recipe. I usually keep my bread in a paper bag for a day. Personally, I like to freeze my bread so it’s like fresh once you thaw it. Thanks

    Dear Veena,

thank you so much for sharing this recipe. Like so many others who commented, I was trying for a long time to find a recipe for the perfect airy and fluffy burger buns and I’m so glad that I found yours!

I made three varieties (also with your whole wheat flour buns recipe) and and they were an instant hit in my godchild’s burger party!
Right now I have in the oven a batch of 25 small ones (around 40 g each) which will go straight to the freezer and provide us with a great treat everyday!

Thank you again and all the best
