  1. Day 6 Done .. Thank You!!!
I will be able to do the assignments only after yeast is available as Mumbai is on lockdown.

  2. I have to say I love this recipe, I’ve done it twice and getting better! My wife likes the. However I’m breaking my head figuring out how to get them as fluffy as the video. First try I added too much flour when kneading and second time I didn’t add any and kneaded until I got the consistency of the video. Second try was better but still can’t get them from the video. I think I need to try with bread flour, the one Im using is all purpose flour. Please appreciate any tips.

    1. Thank you, Hector. Actually, I did this bread for many years with all-purpose flour myself. It can be done. The trick is to add less flour, knead it well. It must be soft, sticky, and elastic. Thank you

      1. I’ve avoided the temptation of adding more flour but then end up with a super sticky and unmanageable dough. Just got my hands on some bread flour so will try again. You mention in the recipe it has to be sticky and elastic, just how much sticky should it be? My fingers are a mess when I start kneading by hand after the mixer. Get so frustrated I add more flour and that’s when I goes downhill I guess.
