    Veena, I LOVED your recipe & video..SO helpful! The bread looks beautiful & you helped me conquer my fear of making this bread with your easy to follow instructions!
    Veena, even after cooling (I just finished packing for freezer) the crust is not soft, but “hard”..I’m trying to figure out if I did something wrong? Would love your input for next time.

    1. Mimi. Don’t overbake and bake the bread at a very high temperature. If the bread bakes much faster than the time mentioned in the recipe, perhaps check the temperature or bake less.
      When you take it out of the oven wrap the bread in a clean kitchen towel so the steam stays in and keeps the crust soft.

  3. This was really fun for me and my friend to make when we were bored. It taste like the good restaurant bread and is super soft. Definitely recommend.

    This is so amazing and my whole family loves it. Easy to make too. I substitute the EVOO for Avocado Oil! Takes some time but it was fun to make with my teenager and a great way to spend time with her. The kids are always asking me to make it.

      Veena, this recipe is AMAZING! I’ve always been intimidated by the braid, but your tutorial was FANTASTIC..you really do make it easy! I made this for Thanksgiving, everyone loved it! I did make one loaf & put half in the freezer. I’m seeing Christmas gifts in the future!
