    1. Hey Wendie. I often use Callebaut or Laubeca coverture. Sometime Godiva bars for the family. I buy these here at a cake decorating store.

    This is a bit like the lava cakes I’ve made for years. Also baked in ramekins and original recipe makes two – though I usually end of multiplying it for more people! I like the addition of coffee to your recipe. Can’t go wrong with chocolate cake!
