Hi! i purchased an item called Frost Form, and i will need to pour the ganache into to mold so it can set around the cake – which method do you recommend for this?

    1. You can use this ganache but instead of letting it set in the fridge. Leave it to cool but while still pouring consistency, pour over the cake in the frost form. Then chill until set.

I made this to drizzle over my brownies, and it was a total game-changer! The ganache added the perfect balance of creaminess. My husband, who doesn’t even like white chocolate, went back for seconds!

I’ve always been a dark chocolate fan, but this white chocolate ganache completely changed my mind! It was smooth, creamy, and not overly sweet. I used it to frost a birthday cake, and everyone raved about it

    Hi
Should I use an oil based color or water based for the ganache?

  8. Hi Veena!
How long do you leave it in the fridge to set? What do you advice?
    Thank you in advance!xx

    1. Siham, you can leave the ganache for a few days in the fridge. Just thaw either at room temperature or in the microwave to bring back to peanut butter consistency.

  9. Hello, with the measurements You have listed above for 1 serving, is this enough to fill and cover an 8inch cake with how many layers? Just as an estimate. Thank you.

    1. Nikki, it says one pound, and it makes enough to frost one 8-inch round or 7-inch square cake layer cake.

  10. Can you add coloring to this?
