    1. Sorry but I’m trying to follow the recipe and it’s the most confusing thing I’ve ever encountered. First you say you’re using a 7in springform then you say to pour it into a 9 inch tart pan. the recipe calls for one egg and then you say put the eggs in one at a time what does that mean? What’s the right recipe here???

      1. Hey lu, Sorry for the confusion. Yes, I did make double the batch so I must have typed it – to add eggs one at a time. I am using a 9 inch tart pan. The 7-inch spring form mention was for cheesecakes in general. I have fixed it. Sorry about that. Thanks for bringing it to my attention.

One question – my husband isn’t a fan of graham crackers so I was wondering if you’ve ever made this in a traditional pie/ tart crust? I’m thinking that I should partially bake it before filling, what do you think?

    1. Hey Rebecca. Yes, you can use a shortcrust pastry shell. In fact, I have linked it in the post. Yes, you would need to partially bake it before you add the cheesecake batter. Then continue baking as described in the post.
