this recipe takes no more than 15 minutes to make


– All the ingredients are simple and easy to find or pantry staples.

- Heat the milk.....  - Cream the yolks, sugar, and cornstarch - Temper the egg yolk mixture 


- Cook the mixture until thick and coats the back of a spoon.  - Strain and store in the refrigerator. 


The custard thickens as it cool...

Professionals often make this custard as an ingredient to fill in their desserts but truthfully it is a delicious treat on its own
