    Thank you Veena! The presentation on this blog is extremely informative. I’m so grateful to be blessed with your expertise for baking. I will continue and take good notes from you! I have a couple of questions. Is it ok to use almond milk in baking? Several people I know are lactose intolerant including myself. How long is room temperature for eggs? Can you use parchment paper instead of cake paper to line your pans. Thank you for your devotion and time answering my questions. I use cake mixes when baking, however I’ve always wanted to learn to make a cake from scratch! ?

      yes, it is ok to use almond milk in baking.
      Room temperature for eggs – I leave mine out on the counter an hour before baking Or 10 mins in warm water.
      Yes, I use parchment paper too.
      Baking a cake from scratch is a lot easier and more delicious without all those added preservatives.
      Start with simple cakes like my one-bowl cake recipes then move up as you build confidence.
