    We love short ribs in our house and I’m always looking for new ways to make them. this one was a winner and definitely one I will be making again. I have never cooked with black eyed peas but they were so delicious and perfectly complemented the ribs!

    These short ribs are so good! The meat comes out perfectly moist and tender, and I just love the hearty touch the black-eyed peas add.

  10. So love all your recipes, and this one is great , somewhat like my short ribs one, but you have many more spices in yours. Never used the cinnamon stick, Hot paprika, or honey, but did this time, Very nice . Thanks
