- 2 large Garlic cloves minced
- 1 tsp Ground cumin
- 1 tsp Smoked paprika
- ½ tsp Chili powder (or more to taste)

- Salt and pepper to taste
- 2 tbsp Fresh lemon juice (or lime juice)
