  1. What size jars did you use and how many. Sorry if I missed this info earlier.

    1. This marmalade with 4 pounds of oranges should make about 3 to 3.5 pints or 6 half-pint jars.

  2. In the written recipe you day to remove the pectin bag before putting sugar in it. However, in the video, you don’t remove the bag until well after you’ve added sugar. Which is the correct method?

    1. Yes, that is correct Cristina. I found that the bag took quite a bit of my sugar? so I suggest taking it out before you add the sugar.
