Chocolate Coconut Fudge (3 Ingredients)
This chocolate coconut fudge is rich, creamy, and ridiculously easy to make. Just melt, mix, and chill — no stove, no fuss, and naturally dairy-free.

This is one of those recipes I make when I need something quick and reliable. No thermometer, no stovetop, no guessing—just melt, mix, and chill.
I started making this when I wanted a fudge without condensed milk or all the extra stuff, and honestly, it stuck. It’s simple, rich, and always disappears faster than I expect. Some of my dairy-free friends love this recipe.

I love chocolate and coconut together. I have so much coconut in my pantry too so I can’t wait to give this a try. I love giving homemade gifts to my brothers and sisters as they all like to eat as much as I do. LOL!
Me too, Denise.
Droool! These look so chocolatey and fudgy! I agree, I can eat these any time of the day or year too 🙂 And yes, chocolate is one of the ingredients I splurge on as well. Callebaut is a great brand.
Thank you, Jolina. I love Callebaut
These would make a great “food gift” for all the teachers, or to take to house parties as a host/hostess gift. Homemade treats are always loved by all…and so delicious. Happy Holidays to you and your family.
