  1. Hello,
    Day 1 done. I have difficulty in kneading bread dough. So I leave it in fridge for 12-24 hrs n then bake with it. I have a hand mixer when I use it to mix the dough, the dough sticks to it.
    Do you have any tips for kneading? Or anything else I can do to help with kneading? Thanks.

    1. Hey Binu. Keeping in the fridge is good to develop flavor. It will even develop some structure but kneading is important. I highly recommend using a stand mixer or food processor if possible. Thanks
