    Tarte Tatin is such a beautiful dessert. I love that you added honey to your recipe. It’s such a great flavor with apples and has such a pretty amber color!

    I love foolproof anything. I made a plum tarte tatin for my daughter’s birthday a few years ago. I haven’t tried it with apples but it sounds delicious! Simple, rustic desserts are my very favorite. I can see why your family loves the treat!!
