I like to know how to use this heating core which is this flower nail. I am very interested in cake making.

DAY. #7-DONE. What wonderful information. I do not have an email for Week 1-Day 3 or Week 1-Day 4. I believe they covered eggs and flour. I am a week behind, so I went through each day and plan to do so again. The information is invaluable as are you dear Veena!
I do have a question about eggs and flour.
For eggs, do you recommend weighing them as well and. If so and the weight is incorrect, do you add or remove some whit and some yolk to have the accurate measure?
For flour, do you recommend sifting for every recipe, be it cake, muffins, cookies, bread?
I’m sure if I had started on time with everyone else, I’d have this info already. Forgive me. I so grateful for you.

    1. Hey Maria. Thank you for your kind words.
Please check your spam folder and even add the email address to your address book so you will see all those emails in your inbox. If you still don’t have it let me know and I will check it out.
I’m happy you find this information useful.
I don’t weigh my eggs unless the recipe states such as in macarons – because I do get large eggs
but when in doubt it is a good idea to measure and then make the decision based on that.
No need for an apology. Please feel free to ask any questions you may have.
