Best naan recipe EVER ?!!! I sure wish all Internet cooks would write everything out as well as you do, Veena ??! Boy, you REALLY made this as easy as possible! Thank you SO much ♥️!!!

I tried making the Nann bread. I kneaded the dough in the mixer but it came out very dry and hard. I am hoping that it will rise but I think the yeast may be dead? If this is the case what can I do to salvage the situation or should I just start all over again??

    1. You can add more yeast – good quality yeast! knead and proof again. Or you can just add a little baking powder and make flatbread.

  3. If I use only part of the dough, from the refrigerator, how long can I keep the dough in the fridge for future use (I would be using the egg).

    1. Brisa. You can keep yeast egg dough in the fridge for up to 48 hours. The dough will continue to ferment as it matures so the taste will change as well.

  4. Hi your recipe for naans looks really good, my question is ,can I use strong white flour instead of plain ?.
