I am addicted these days to buttered and grilled naan. My friend made it at a barbecue recently and I can’t get enough. I will have to give this recipe a try!

We’re always grilling so we made this Naan on a pizza stone on our grill last weekend and it was fabulous!

My favorite bread ever! I could happily eat naan as the only bread for the rest of my life with it’s soft pillowy texture. The best for sopping up sauces too. Thanks for this great recipe!

You can’t beat homemade bread and this naan looks so light and fluffy.

  5. Could you make the dough the night before, refrigerate it, and bake the naan the next day? Will it change the texture?

    1. Yes, Noella. You can make the dough the previous night. In fact, overnight proofing for yeast bread is recommended. Thaw at least an hour or two at room temperature before using it.
