    Thank you so much Veena
I have just made a batch and it looks yummy I thought I would do a trial batch.
    Best regards Frances

    1. Oh, I love making trial batch. Goes down easy with my kids. My Rhea can never have too much of marzipan in the hourse.

    Good morning Veena,
I am going to make your Marzipan Easter Eggs.
How long before Easter can I make them?
Can I put them in a cellphone for presentation?
Thank you Regards Frances from Australia,

    1. Hey Frances, Marzipan has a shelf life of a week to 10 days, if stored properly covered in a cool dry place.
I think you can make these a week in advance though I have not tried keeping them for more than 5 days.
yes, you can wrap these in cellophane for presentation.
      Thanks

Those eggs are a work of art. I love the variation in them. I’ve never attempted homemade marzipan but every time I see one of your recipes I want to make them. It certainly takes a lot of talent and patience. I can just picture mini-you placing the little decorations on the eggs. This project is one my bucket list.

These look like a fun Easter treat to make. I am sure my grandkids would love the Easter Bunny to leave a few of these on Easter morning. So much better than the store bought version. I think I need to have some fun in the kitchen.

I’ve heard that home made marzipan is so much better than regular, but I’ve never tried making my own. These Easter eggs would be the perfect way to test that skill out for me! They are very pretty.
