I've had quite a few requests for an eggless vanilla cake recently. And, to be honest, I do not make eggless cakes so often anymore.
I remember making these moist eggless cakes often in college for my vegetarian friends. But not much after that. I know I have three recipes in my book. All these are actually not my own recipes but from friends or their moms.

I'm going to share them with you. I would appreciate; if you try them out, please do come back to me and let me know the outcome. I only post recipes on my blog once I have tested it a couple of times.
These I have not made for many many years now, so would truly appreciate your feedback on whether they are still good or need testing.

I dont know what went wrong, but I bajed the cake at 180 degree for 30 minutes, it just did not get baked. It was raw only, withyhe crunchy crumbs outside.
I had preheated oven at 160 degree for 15minutes.

Sorry, Richa. Not sure what happened. I have not made this cake in a while so can't troubleshoot with you but seems like some had great success with this recipe - from the comments here.
Richa
Here also please suggest the temperature at which it needs to be baked

Richa. both the recipes state the temperature and time of baking in the Recipe card. Thanks
