    1. Hey Carol, You will need to double (2X) the recipe for one 9 x 13 inch sheet pan. It should take about 50 to 55 minutes. Thanks

    I’m wondering if I reduce the amount of sugar to one-half cup if that will affect the end result?

    I need to cut as much sugar from my diet as possible.

    1. Michele. Baking is a formula and sugar is a big portion of that formula. So, while you may get away with taking away a few spoons I think half will make a big difference. It may be a very dense cake. I highly suggest you find a tried and tested sugar-free or low-sugar recipe instead. Thanks
