      I don’t have the whole wheat recipe yet. But, you can replace half the flour in this recipe with whole wheat flour

    Just made the pita to go with tonight’s dinner. The dough was really nice. I knew while kneading it, that it was going to be good. Some of my pita didn’t puff, but that is just a “user issue”. ? I need more practice with rolling. I’m really happy with the dough and can’t wait to make these again! Thanks!!
