We don’t have filo pastry selling here but I did enjoy the entire journey with you.

This apple strudel was amazing!! However, the ingredients list called for cinnamon and nutmeg, but the directions never mentioned adding the cinnamon and nutmeg to the strudel…. I just added it to the apples and sprinkled some more cinnamon on the top layer of filo. It was good!

    1. Hey, Marlena. Yes, you add the spices to the apples – where it says to add all filling ingredients to the apples. I just corrected the language to make it clearer. Thanks for bringing it to my attention.

        Hi Veena
Your apple strudel recipe sounds great and I am planning on trying it. I just wanted you to know you have a spelling error in the image saved to Pinterest. It says Filp Pastry instead of Filo.

        Thanks for sharing!
