  4. Hi thank you for generously sharing your recipes with us.
I made the royal icing a week ago and kept the remaining icing in the fridge, my question is, why is it separating?

    Thank you.

    1. yes, Anne. It is normal for the icing to separate over time. Just use a whisk to blend it all together before using it again. Thanks

  5. If we make flowers by using this receipe how many days can keep it.? I mean with eggs white. Please reply me.

    1. Hey Anushka. Royal icing recipes can last for a long long time. In good weather, they can last years. However, they do not do well in humidity so in places like Israel and India they stay for maybe a month or more. Never keep them in the fridge condensation will melt them once they come out of the fridge.
keep them in a cardboard box so they are covered but can still breathe. I hope this helps.

Hellow! Miss veena, what if i dont have lemon juice, can i use venigar or calamansi juice?

    1. Hey Ginalyn, I have not tried these. I don’t think vinegar will work but I have not tried it. You can try calamansi but again, I have not tired it. You can use a dash of citric acid if you have as well.
