    At last here in very sunny and overly hot Scotland I’ve just been able to buy flour again. Ive not been able to buy baking ingredients since March. It has been so hot it’s not good for baking. The birthday cake I made was melting on the car journey over to my daughters. The cake was still eaten and enjoyed, melted or not.
