    Thanks for the recipe! For the chocolate, what type of chocolate do I melt and use? Chocolate chips? Chocolate bar? Baking chocolate? I am a hot and humid part of Turkey and hoping this will work. Also, I have a tendency to turn out with grainy icing as the powdered sugar here is different. I have tried making my own in the Vitamix and adding cornstarch. Any thoughts would be appreciated.

    Hi Veena, i absolutely love your buttercream. Just one question regarding the icing amours above for the different cake sizes, does the total amount you have listed include the icing in between the layers or just for icing the outside of the cakes. I am making a 2 tier 10 inch and 8 inch round cake. Just trying to figure out how much i need and how much icing to put between each layer.
