You say that we will need two 8 in cake pans but I only see use of one pan.. so what size pan should I use?

The cake is for one rectangular sheet cake – you can use an 8.5 x 13 or 12 x 15 as well. Thanks

Hello Veena, can i replace butter with margarine, will there be any change in the output??? Is there any ither substitute for butter?

Hey Veer. Yes, you can replace margarine with butter. Butter is richer and higher in fat so it will affect the taste. And texture a little but not so significant.
