    I’d like to call this Irish soda bread, which uses soda and all buttermilk for the chemical reaction and less ingredients overall. Is the chemistry reaction basically the same with your ingredients?

    1. This is similar Shelley but I use less baking soda so there is no aftertaste of the baking soda. Hope that makes sense.
