I don’t usually bake but in these times it gives me a great sense of comfort! Plus I have so much time at home! This looks like something I can pull off

My best friend is a professional baker and makes the most amazing onion bread. I really enjoyed reading through your recipe post and most importantly watching the video. It was like watching my friend baking bread. Love it!!

This looks so simple. We are going to be spending a lot of time making our own bread in the current situation.

I’m a huge fan of making your own bread, there is something very special and therapeutic about it. I normally make mine with sourdough starter, which takes a bit of time. Your recipe looks very easy and less time consuming, so I’m definitely going to try this soon!

Definitely one of the easiest and fail-proof bread recipe. Totally worth it to get a Dutch oven just to bake this often.

An easy to follow recipe with Veena’s detailed steps and hints. It was a success even though I had to make modofications as I lacked time and a Dutch oven. I posted a photo and comments under “upload an image here below”.
        These were my modifications:
        1. Baked ONE loaf made with 500g of 00 flour.
        2. I let the dough rise on the counter for 5 hrs.
        3. I baked the loaf in a stainless steel pot with lid on at 200 deg C for 40 min, then uncovered for 20 min, and finally loaf only on grid for 10 min.
