    I love curries and I like how you say you need to try different things and make them your own. I have some of the whole spices you mention….actually I don’t have the cardamon pods but I have the rest. I’m anxious to try this new step. It looks delicious as always!

    This looks so delicious! I always thought curry took hours to cook because of the complexities of the flavours. So surprised (happily) that it only takes 20 minutes.
