    Hi Veena
Where can i buy a vegetable shortening in Israel. I live in Jerusalem
    Thanks Marina

Honey not sure in Jerusalem. I have a shop here that’s called Meatland. I buy Crisco from them. I use to get Shortbright too before but not anymore. These are the two brands that work well for me. Sorry not sure about Jerusalem. Perhaps a facebook group might be a better place to ask about this <3

    Hi Veena
Your recipes have been really helpful for me, so thank you. I looked into meringue powder over here in the UK – and it is very expensive, but after some research I realised that you could simply powder meringues in a food processor, and as I had some shop bought meringues left over I gave it a try, and this has worked great for me for this recipe and also in making royal icing…
    Mandy 🙂
