      1. Hello, I know this is a long time after you posted, just came across this today and would love to try it tomorrow. I notice you say to use a 6 cup bundt but the heritage pan which I too have is a 10 cup pan. I’m wondering if I should increase the recipe? Thanks!

        1. Yes, Marija. If you use a small recipe in a large pan it will be a very shallow cake and the cake will bake faster. So either use a smaller pan or double the recipe.

I am a fan of a bundt pan too! Layer cakes are so fussy and sheet cakes just don’t have the same WOW factor. Bundt cakes are a good happy medium. The chocolate glaze on this cake is making me drool!
